Medical exam fee increases
Due to new, more vigorous tuberculosis screening procedures, the fees have increased for immigrant visa medical exams. The new fees are as follows:
Adults -$180 US Children under age 15 - $80 US Vaccine prices remain unchanged.
Adults and children should appear for their exam around two weeks before their immigrant visa interview (i.e. please do NOT wait until a few days before your interview date). Children ages 2 through 14 can appear for their medical exams only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays. Children ages 2 through 14 will not be examined on Thursdays.
