Invitation to U.S. Citizen Taxpayers living in Santo Domingo
The United States Embassy in Santo Domingo and the American
Chamber of Commerce invite U.S. citizens residing abroad to attend a seminar
given by an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax consultant. The seminar will
take place at the American Camber of Commerce in Santo Domingo on Tuesday, March
4th, 8:30-10:30. There will be time after the presentation for
targeted questions and answers. Space is limited and we ask that you please
call 809-381-0777, ext 272 to reserve your place.
In addition, the IRS consultant will be available that afternoon for brief
individual meetings with American taxpayers who need to discuss complex and
specific issues privately. Any taxpayer who is unsure whether or not he or she
owes taxes should request a meeting. Individual meetings will be held at the
Franklin Center (an annex of the U.S. Embassy) located at Ave. Mexico 71, El
Vergel. Please call 809-731-4294 to make an appointment. There are a limited
number of available meeting times and individuals with general questions will be
directed to the seminar. |
